Instructions for Apple:

Use your phone to access this webpage
Tap on the picture to the right
When the picture opens up on your phone, hold your finger on the picture until a menu pops up giving you the opportunity to “Save Picture”
Tap “Save Picture”
Close that window
Go to Settings and choose <Wallpaper>
Choose the picture from <Saved Photos>
Press <Set>
